Kate Hills

Kate Hills is founder & managing director of Make it British. After 20 years working as a designer & buyer for brands such as Burberry and M&S, Kate set up the website Make it British to help promote UK manufacturing and British-made brands. Now in its fourth year, the website has had much attention; and Kate is regularly asked to speak about UK manufacturing on TV, in the press and at major industry events.

Kate is also the organiser of Meet the Manufacturer, a trade show and conference for buyers and designers that want to find British manufacturers to work with
