Stephen has worked at Vodafone for 15 years and has held numerous roles across Strategy, Regulatory, M&A, Sales and Service. He holds an MBA and has worked in several markets including America, Ireland and the UK. He worked for several years as Chief of Staff to the Group CEO before moving to Ireland as Head of Sales, leading numerous Sales teams including Telesales, Indirect Partners, Field Sales and Online. Stephen then moved to Vodafone UK where he is currently Head of Enterprise Customer Service with responsibility for service strategy and performance across all business segments.
