Susan Claris

Susan Claris is a transport planner (with a bit of anthropology thrown in). She is an Associate Director at Arup, where she has worked for the last 22 years. Prior to that she worked for the Department for Transport. Susan describes herself as a passionate pedestrian and she is an advocate of the benefits that walking, cycling and public transport use bring to people and the places where they live, work and play.
