Kerrie has worked for Vodafone since 2006. During this time she has held a number of positions including Partner Manager for Vodafone’s TWM solutions, TWM Programme Delivery Manager and Lead Consultant in the Better Way of Working team of which she was a founding member. Kerrie is responsible for the Customer Experience Centre, managing our suppliers/partners and ensuring that at every touch point we have with our customers, their experience is the best is can possibly be.
Kerrie is passionate about helping our customers think differently about their businesses and believes there is ‘always a better way’ to doing something, you just need to find out what it is. With this in mind, Kerrie is also responsible for the Enterprise Innovation Programme which consists of facilitating workshops that challenges customers to open their minds to Innovation currently in their market space and beyond in order to create tactical and strategic plans to transform their organisations
