Neil Blagden is currently Director of Customer & Commercial Operations at Vodafone with responsibility for operations, sales & retention, billing, transformation, customer experience, and digital for all UK Consumer and Enterprise customers. Before this Neil worked at Direct Line Group (DLG) as Director of Customer Experience with responsibility for customer experience, customer support, digital service and change. Prior to this Neil held various consulting roles with PwC, EY and Accenture, where he primarily focused on customer transformation from strategy to implementation across FS, Telecoms and Utility clients.
